Most inspection and maintenance platforms charge per seat, so the bill grows every time you hire. On Nova the fee is the same whether five people or five hundred need access.
That changes who gets an account. When access is free at the margin, the technician who spots the problem is the person who records it, rather than mentioning it to someone who has a licence.

The figures on the cards assume checklists averaging about 12 checks, which is the platform average — but yours will differ, and your account shows your own ratio rather than ours.
No, never. Paid plans include unlimited users, and Freemium includes ten. Adding people to your team doesn’t change what you pay.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: the higher limits are available the moment you confirm, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect from your next billing period, provided your account fits within the smaller plan's limits for assets, locations and users.
Yes, free forever, no credit card. It covers 20 assets, one location, ten users and around 20 checklist inspections a month. Freemium accounts with no activity for twelve months may be suspended; your data is retained. You can also try the Essential plan free for 14 days with no card required. At the end of the trial your account returns to Freemium unless you choose a paid plan, and you are never charged automatically.
Your usage is visible in your account at all times, and we notify you in the app at 70% and 85% of your monthly checkpoints and jobs. At 100%, new checkpoints and jobs pause until your next monthly period begins, unless you upgrade, which unlocks more immediately. If you reach the limit part-way through a checklist, the checkpoint you are on is saved and you can finish the rest once you upgrade or your new month starts. File storage works the same way. There are no overage charges, and your existing records stay fully accessible throughout.
Not yet. PDF and CSV export ship after the September launch. From day one, though, every inspection is captured as a complete, searchable, timestamped record with photo evidence — viewable and shareable on screen. We’ll update this the moment export ships.

No. Monthly is monthly. Annual billing is optional and saves about 17%, two months free. Annual plans are paid upfront, and if you cancel part-way through the year the remaining months are not refunded. (Enterprise plans may require an annual commitment.)
